Located in Vancouver, Washington - Gratia is a luxury apartment building planted between the I-5 bridge and the Columbia River. Inspired by the word itself, "Gratia," - meaning "for grace" and "by favor" - Gratia emphasizes grace, serenity, and easy living. With nuances from the Pacific Northwest, vintage film, and eternal youth - Gratia's brand holds a timeless feel for generations of multi-family living to come.
This is an identity concept that was presented to Hurley Development for their upcoming Washington Street apartment building.
